Don’t Waste the Grace

Many spiritually inclined persons rely a great deal of faith on the Ultimate, who can fix, yes, heal and do any wonder; indeed, anything is possible – especially if we take the steps towards a direction ourselves. But do not all happenings require some sort of foundation, support and assistance? If, in the ultimatest sense, the one does not act (as we've read from scriptures and perhaps found out ourselves) and has to become an active agent from the unmanifest to help human beings, and ultimately to invest a piece of itself in those very humans – isn’t there some sort of intention there? Yes, indeed, but it is a very different from mundane intentions – it operates not in the way creatures do – meaning, it is not limited to the whimsical nature of man nor its inherent "unknowingness", it knows all, and is omnipotent. It is also very gentle and accepting – since that is where all of us are rooted in. Yet spiritual experiences are often subtle and intuitive. It's paradoxical how everything in life is truly the source, yet it reveals itself in very subtle ways. Grosser vibrations don't exist on the level thereof where the finer frequencies dwell. In a pit full of snakes – there is no fun, they scare the snow flakes away. In the Promised Land, however, sun shines luminously. And what fun would there be for His part, if we got everything instantly, if beings didn’t have a free will in a playful test? We're offered multiple paths that we may choose from, but not everything is meant for you – you are meant to pick the sweet nectar and leave the ant's nest alone.
"There is no sin, it is you who make sin for yourselves when you do the things that are of the nature of adultery."
Note: my intent is to shed light on the concept of sin. I am not a fan of the westernized notion of this concept. You shouldn't think that you are a sinner, if you are not. Real sinners are rare. The idea here is that, if you don't go against your heart, and thus ruin your life, you are not sinning. Experiencing is not sin – it is attunement. Keep living.
In the latest writing I expressed that there is no intellectual proof, or certainty for a God that operates before and beyond man’s imagined causality, because that very proof would be limited in the realm of phantasmal understanding.
This means that the Divine Reality is doubtlessly real and it does what it does without our making, but everything built on top of that by man is in a way phantasmal, and dream-like. This relates to the saying: "you reap what you sow."
When you have stopped reaping what you have sown, you still exist, and then you'll reap what Life sowed for you, like a mother that gives a good child a pack of some play cards as a gift for being obedient. Oh, I remember how that felt.
This does not deny the realness of dreams when they occur – as directed by the Pure Beam. But besides any "delusive" dreaming, we exist in our archetypal positions and may live, but it is not illusory in any way. The point I'm trying to stress here is that everything is real. I say this because, there can be a certain dark vibe around some "non-dual" teachings, that, basically, deny the existence of anything relative. Who knows what this might be due to, but I know that it takes subtlety to grasp the realness, and it only grows in increasing level.
This is what I mean by the Original Creation. I say that whatever the world is considered to be, or what many have thought it to be due to conditioning, is in a sense unreal – since it has built on the Original Creation which is of the nature of Transcendent Consciousness – and it has a plan for you. This is our Delight and our purpose. The Real world is the movement of Infinite consciousness – that is the world were spiritual persons live, not out of superiority, but a realization of truth and the absence of wrong actions (those that divert from the will of the planner and the personal assignment thus given). And after all, it's impossible not to exist after your Birthday – indeed, absolutely hopeless. This means that the soul awakens to endless joy during the Birthday – it realizes itself, as if seeing yourself in the mirror for the first time. Of this image, it is impossible to rid yourself.
And whenever dear persons are in danger (in a state of forgetfulness) the best angels are being assigned to help the ones outgoing these difficulties. Why is this? Because Life wants to take care of us, should we ever divert from our path, or be diverted from it.
This means that there are already multiple parties involved in such an incident as this above, from which no component comes from nothing, fueled by nothing – it all involves, first – an intention, seed or a blueprint. Then this seed in motion, which would be a growth process just like in the case of a tree or a plant – then lastly, the tangible result, the tree. This allegory describes the threefold creation process of things, called the causal, astral, and physical phases – all reflecting a Vedic understanding of phenomena. This could be made way more complex than this, and also way more simple.
We could just look at everything as the original intention from which it springs forth, but this may take training. Still, my point is that even the One Miracle works – you are part of it, and therefore, you should work too. You don’t have to make it always, you only need to follow the cues – but don’t follow your whims, rather, follow your path.
It’s your sva-dharma.
Card Dealing
Let’s take a look at something: over a billion people in the world live in slums in poor conditions where there is no access to basic fundamentals of a comfortable worldly life. As we know, the basics are very important, and your spiritual life “stands” on the physical, just like hairs stand in the scalp, and a blade of grass in the soil-bed. So if there is no access to the basics, access to the spiritual aspect of life may be even less accessible – whereas, sometimes, poor conditions, or lack, drives us forward on the spiritual path like a wildfire. That said, sometimes there are princesses/princes who live in slums temporarily.
Then those who don’t live in slums may have better physical conditions, but this doesn’t always imply anything – some may live in rooftop mansions, but all the shiny stuff shines so brightly that it overrides the shining thing inside... So they may not live in poverty, but are in poverty within, and that, I have to say, is poor. Who may be richer, the beggar, or the businessman?
Well, it all depends. I personally consider myself inwardly really rich, but it's not about outward wealth.
It took work for Life’s part to make each, and the effects which a person reaps are largely what they sowed themselves in the past. Each time the businessman who may be wealthy studied in university, he was helped, when he understood not. Each day he got further and learned. He took advantage of the university building, which was built from bricks, objects, metals etc., and all those had to be gathered by someone, then sold and bought, and delivered. Then on top of this, there is all the paperwork etc., not forgetting the complexity of studying, and the resources required for that to work – that is, the teachers, students etc. Then when such a person gets rich, they should remember what it took. They should remember what it took and not waste their earnings.
Similarly, in the case of "beggars", who sit on the streets, their very breathing, and sitting alone takes energy – to whom does it belong? Well, they are breathing the air of the Mother anyways! It doesn’t matter what one does, they are still in custody of Life who tries constantly to help them (if there is struggle) and to lift them higher on the ladder of their evolution, to bring them back home – should the will be consciously directed to Goodness. And when such a one is constantly helped by passers-by who give them money and food, there is a hidden complexity in this as well. Each one of them has to have got this money from somewhere to give it. And to give away means to have excess. If the wealth does not come from their karma, it comes from someone else’s karma – all karma is work and momentum, even good karma. There are divine beings whose mission is to guard the world during the dark ages during which great trials occur here, and it takes effort for their part. This good karma, supported by divine intention and the karma-free power which emanates everything, spreads out in many directions and persons. This is the mechanic. One mind-antenna deeply attuned to the Source radiates rays of light everywhere, and these light-rays travel across space, piercing auras and affecting people's consciousnesses in a way that is really positive and for their benefit – but sometimes appears as painful because it requires letting go of the old. Also remember that it is safe to let go. Today, I am letting go of something. Tomorrow I let go, and the day after that I will let go. Then eventually, I have to let go of everything, even these writings that I greatly love. But it’s Great when I get to be with them which is now.
I used to be on a very different Spiritual Path due to some strange forces (mindsets and beliefs of this current culture) that misled me, and perhaps it was even part of my School of Resilience. Parts of me wanted to get out of everything: my personality, my femininity, likes, dislikes, interests, hobbies and even happiness! But then I realized that I don’t have to fear these things, now I have a chance to be with these things, not later. Then I started to appreciate those aspects of me which I found unpleasant, because I understood that those were not my thoughts – the negative attitudes were the voice of a conditioning that does not know God. When my own clarity started to emerge more, who I was and who I wasn't, became obvious. It is difficult to explain, but I'm sure you know.
Later the good things which you enjoy now are gone, and there are some other things around then. Long time ago, I decided to start to live, and it has been wonderful, and truly great.
Then, one time, I was offered an opportunity to ‘leave altogether’, and I did, but love stole my heart. And this experience didn't change the fact that some work needed to be done here on earth still. The beam in my sibling's eye stole my attention, the tears made me sad and that was a problem, for God made man to be free and happy. Then I knocked again and asked, and a door was opened. Now I’m here and I have many solutions, but understand that these solutions are not about problem-solving, they are about a personal spiritual satisfaction, and I know that this knowledge will help others also. It will reach the right ears, those that will and want to hear.
This Light wants to restore the prince/princess lost in a whirlwind of wealth, make the deceiver truthful, make the criminal righteous, and bring back to the surface even the "lowliest of the low." It’s like a canoer flipped upside down, about to drown, managing to flip the canoe back up instinctively. One can fall very low, and I do not know what happens if one falls into a hole too deep. I guess there are conditions from which even gods can’t come to save a person – since gods operate on grace, just as everything. They say that there are even stupid fools among the gods, so maybe a stupid god would come to save a stupid person from a black hole – I don’t know. Allow me to use this irony, I don't really condone thinking that anybody is stupid.
What if you had fallen into a trap, just about to perish in the tongs of the trap, as if in a mouse trap, and someone came to save you. Do you think it would be gentle? No! It would be super intense – just like divine rescuing sometimes is. You get pulled out of the trap as if a thunder had just struck you. It wants you back – this lover is not an ordinary lover… Sometimes it feels like you're lifted up, and this is outside of the diagnostics of this intellectual world. Sometimes your hair stands on end. Sometimes you feel ecstacy devoid of intoxication.
I remember when I started spiritual healing and serious seeking, I had a peaches and cream version of it in my mind. But when I found myself from the “dismemberment phase”, I had to surrender more still and develop my discernment. I had to be really tough – it melted my bones. Lila was formed in fire – this is an important aspect of my personal story.
Should you desire to be trapped again, you could be. But would you be saved again as you were before? And if that grace would accompany you, do you think it would be easy, as it wasn’t so easy the previous time? These are all fair questions.
Whatever you ought to do, just don’t go back to what once almost destroyed you spiritually.
I believe that, after a certain duration of time, one can fall extremely deep from touch with the divine reality to such a place where it will be eventually difficult to climb out, even if help was available. Even if assisted, the progress would be slow, each inch of movement feeling like fighting against falling into quicksand.
This is fortunately not the case for many – but only an urgent reminder. Keep remembering who you are – it is a costly gift to know. Save this gift, unpack it, fold the wrapping paper, and open the box – you will be blinded by the blaze of this gift.
A Word About Respect
I’ve mentioned before about the importance of always respecting the person who has helped you, especially if you have ever been in a tough situation, from which were you to fall lower, it would be really demanding for anybody to save you. You see, it takes juices even for the 'saviors to save'.
Even Jesus withdrew from crowds whenever he grew weary, and also ate food when his body was hungry.
One wonderful example of this is Eleven from Stranger Things. I personally think that this is a wonderful series with lots of deep symbology behind it. Culture, arts, crafts and various aesthetically pleasing phenomena manifest from God’s mind, and big movie industries, for example, intentionally or unintentionally, have ended up revealing deep messages about cosmically aligned themes in my mind often. I don’t know how to explain this much, but it is worth paying attention to. And so many people already know about this – most of the times, I'm wording out what others know already. Anyways, so often have I received some knowledge when watching a movie, or listening to a song. It might be a line of a song or a movie that responds to your present query with a simple sentence – I remember many such instances.
We’ve seen in the series Stranger Things that Eleven has great Spiritual power which she uses for the greater good. She has this mesmerizing electricity in her that strikes like a thunderbolt. It is also clear that it seems to be a bit of a mystery for everybody, including her, who she is, anyway. It is like this with Divine Grace – we don’t always know when it comes, but one has to make sure they are ready when it does come and learn to jump on the bandwagon of Sacred Flow, let themselves be carried by the outpour to the Lagoon where sunset and still water await.
The basis of water coming from the mountains is melted snow and water distilled from rain gathered in mountain coops, and the humidity of the atmosphere. Humidity that manifests rain is caused by the still waters, and only wind causes water to be wavy (it is still by default).
There is a standard amount of water in this world whose essence is moisture. This water is distilled through the ecosystem, but it is the same water always, just in different forms. It floats in the carved blossoms of the earth called the oceans, lakes and ponds. Then it humidifies and pours down as rain which falls on the leaves, roofs and umbrellas. There are pieces of land of a different amplitude, and measure as well – they are mountains. Naturally when moisture is gathered there, it wants to flow back to its default state, which is stillness, and this journey is downwards back to the ocean, and then vaporizing back up. It’s hard to say which phase is more important – whether such a distinction is even necessary. It is easy to say that it is the same, very real water, just in different forms. Field congruence is a name that I use for a philosophy, or a framework that looks at phenomena as relatively real and existent on the level thereof which they occur – instead of denying or excluding anything. If we denied the default phase of water, rivers would have no outlets to which to flow. No one would bathe in the Ganges to be purified.
Some spiritual systems look at everything but the Supreme as unreal, but I have a different point of view: everything is the Divine Consciousness.
Water rushes not – this is important. It stores in mountain cups and channels, vessels in the earth and the ground material of earth. Water flows when it can – when it is dammed it stops – but it doesn’t stop the intent to move even if there is a temporary dam – it will move about freely when the dam is removed. Such is the nature of flowing water.
What Would Wasting Grace Look Like
Wasting grace is a habit that beginners on the mystic path may experience often. I personally have also dealt with this phenomenon on my path, but now I see things differently – most often, everything seems graceful, and can it really be wasted? Yes, definitely, if one is still weak in spirit and mind. Bodily strength is not always the end-of-all, for a King Kong-like person could knock down many people, and smack bricks out of walls, but they would not be operating on grace – but more so under the apara prakriti-current (concept apara prakriti will be explained later). Anyways, Grace often comes as sudden revelations, healings, and awakenings that transcend personal effort – it is Life’s providence acquired through meritorious alignment with the source of all gifts. One may see for themselves how to approach this. I can only speak and write about metaphysics, but your own metaphysical mind must catch up – love your god like you would love your first love. This affair is very similar – you give love through your service, and you get love back. Light-workers can survive in opposition to the misconceptions and claims about the worldly, and financial weakness of saintly seekers – to name a few. But can they if they no longer serve the Light which is their water, food, shelter and spouse, but engage in idolatry? The Light-Flow sadly can stop for even angels too, but this is uncommon – angels usually find their way back on the sea surface if they ought to drown in a stormy sea full of hungry sharks.
When we get grace – we get a gift. What do you do with gifts? You enjoy them and thank the gift-giver. In the original Christmas tradition which originated from Finland, allegorically, naughty kids would get a dry twig, or even get spanked. They say that elves are watching and observing the kids during the whole Christmas month, which determines the gift-score of the upcoming Christmas. All kids love the gifts! And why not adults? However, as adults, persons may start to appreciate subtlety more – be a master of subtlety – if you want to be an adult. But don’t use this subtlety to trick others.
Examples of wasting grace would be:
Persons going to get drunk on alcohol and eating fast food after receiving spiritual initiation/darshan
Going back to habits that have proven to be detrimental to you in the past after awakening. Enjoyments don't have to be totally excluded if there is no harm in them. Addiction leads to harm's way.
Bad-mouthing a Spiritual teacher from whom you have received Grace
Being indifferent about the Spiritual Life due to habit, bad company, or conditioning
Oversharing about your spiritual progress to persons who are on a different path
Malicious, competitive attitudes towards others
Disrupting a holy moment by misaligned behavior
Disbelief in Life's key promises: no weapon formed against you shall prosper, no devotee of Life shall perish
In many spiritual traditions it is believed that only a special, well-advanced soul may have higher aspirations in life such as interest in meditation, or, essentially, seeking the Divine. Then very few of those people would have the:
Interest
Capability
Persistence
Faith
And then, we are at a very low count here already when compared to the count of people in existence. We are talking about a handful of souls, and as things are, outcomes are never certain or stable within nets-of-aspects, because they resonate and intermingle together, causing diversity. Well then, the truth remains that the ones that are left are indeed few – and those few must get along – and even they can ultimately end up in difficult situations. If you had a soul mate, a best-friend… What would happen if you two were left alone on an island as the two last individuals alive on that very Island without food or supplies? Well, advanced souls would probably find some sort of freedom, but ordinary souls would probably fight. Depending on the severity of the clashing-together-of-horns, what would the last one left do...?
This saying originated to Jesus: 'I shall choose you, one out of a thousand, and two out of ten thousand, and they shall stand as a single one.’
It describes the nature of the variously described phenomena.
Be it anyway, inner freedom does not remove the fact that the body will eventually die. The physical body will die first, and its nature is short-lived. Then the astral body of man (individualized divine consciousness) goes to the subtle energetic realms where vitality generates, and according to their assignments they may ascend to even higher realms there or await another earthly incarnation. But ultimately, in the case of enlightened souls, all the bodies gradually fall away in a course of a very long time and spiritual advancement.
That said, what does any of this matter? How can we even waste grace, if everything will get wasted anyways? If everything slips through the fingertips like beach sand eventually, why build sand-castles that wait for the tides to crash them down?
Why have a name if it gets dragged through the mud…
Well, because we all have a name and according to the field congruence mindset, that sand is God, and you are part of it as well – the intention to play, being God as well. It happens not in a flash from a perspective of a person when attuned to the atmospheric time-zone of the current realm. It is indeed a skill to be attuned to relative reality. In this way, we may develop our intuition, mind and senses to eventually move on – how wonderful it is to then have those skills and capabilities with you, wherever you go.
Don’t waste grace – save it for yourself – you will need it – this world needs it.
Practice of Conscious Peace and Non-attacking
Kill the Messenger is a dynamic that all of us know too well, if we’ve ever transmitted a profound message with our being.
When I look around, we’ve got family members attacking each other, countries doing the same. Hell, even the whole animal kingdom attacks each other. Why on earth does this happen? The reason, and my insight for this is that it takes place outside of free will that is possessed by beings of a higher spiritual stature than mere body-identification with its inherent instinctual drives towards protection in that condition. I’ve elaborated on the issue with God and Satan thinking, and also came to the conclusion that some sort of spirit which thrives not on goodness, but derailing, does exist. After my own experiences with being under pressure while managing to do what needs to be done, being treated indifferently where I live and my community (ex) and basically having the entirety of my being under a strategic, and strange erasure-operation, by god-knows-who, starting from mis-naming after my establishment (or even dead-naming) to having objects (as well as heart) stolen from me, threatening letters wrapped in plastic showing up in a tree next to my apartment, and also spirit temporarily wounded badly, I do believe in what some refer to as evil. This evil hates Life.
So whenever a soul is identified with the "delusive creation", from a perspective of spirituality, they are operating under the spell of apara-prakriti, which refers to the outflowing current out from the Divine Source to the "world", which then takes a toll on the soul due to the forces and mechanics operating within that place, especially at this time. The word "world" serves as a kind containment for the illusory creation binding souls like crabs in a bucket. The real world only dis-spells the mirage and what's real can't die. Even after knowing this, you keep going.
If a soul becomes an animal, they have almost zero free will outside of their purpose as a biological creature. And if one descends into a rock, there is no free will at all, even no capability to move, whereas we humans can move about freely. Enjoy it now, but don’t enjoy it too much.
This is why there is chaos in the animal kingdom, and also within humans that are more so identified with their mortality than their divinity – and at this point we may simply choose ourselves that what’s going to be the primary focus on our soul-sojourn – endless speculation about how nature works, or simple surrender to the Holy Source?
The good news remains that, once again, none of this (chaos/muddy water) is truly from the purity of consciousness, but is born from matter which further distances its consciousness from its original source – while always operating under the energy dynamo of that very source! And when one gets completely distanced, they are outside of Life – I don’t know what that is, and factually, there is no such thing as completely separated from the source which is Life… When such a terrible divine tragedy occurs, God takes such a soul back to restoration in the realm that suits their level of advancement. God wants to humble even the worst adulterer of the divine order.
From Gospel of Mary: “Matter gave birth to a passion that has no equal, which proceeded from something contrary to nature. Then there arises disturbance in its whole body.”
There is very cruel violence among lions, chimpanzees, dolphins and pretty much among any animal group. They fight, oppress, they strategize, kill, and steal, and act antagonistically. The thought that passes my mind is: are animals really that devoid of free will? You see, things are relatively real from the perspective of the given subject. To us, dreams are real but stop being real once awakening to the waking world. For me, my experience is real, but not always for you – to you, your experience is real. How come I don’t always experience what you experience as you experience it, and vice versa? How is it that people feel differently, see, hear, taste, laugh, love and walk differently – yet, what we often hear is that everything is one.
How is everything one? Now we arrive at an important detail. I am not a fan of the westernized notion of this way to put it, because we live in a world where it does seem like most people don’t often grasp this. If you think in this way, while it is ultimately true, but perhaps not yet for everybody – what can happen is:
You may end up sharing your energy in the spirit of non-duality with persons with a fairly different approach aka the majority of their focus may be directed to apara-prakriti, which will contradict with your approach if your path is the opposite. Factually, then, such persons can not grasp the realities that you do. They are identified with the apara-prakriti, and you are identified with prakriti (or beyond) – the primordial field of unmanifest nature – the Mother.
You may forget about the fact that real danger does exist, and sometimes it can turn uncontrollable – not every saint can stop a roaring beast!
You may risk your divine identity as an individual if the mechanics of non-duality are not understood.
You might make yourself an easy target for predators.
If you get into non-duality, you are already within duality.
If you get into the concept of liberation, you are already bound – for how can you desire freedom if you are not bound?
A person established in true non-duality becomes the Toy of the Lord, and whatever it is they do afterwards, on every possible level — reflects that radiance on all levels of their being which they recognize as perfectly true orchestrations of pranic light-bulps dancing in the rhythm of the Lords flute without prior conditioning or karma.
‘And every such one who speaks with the spirit, you will not test or judge.’

Alchemy of Attacking
Attack, by negative definition, is any hostile intention sent forth, usually intended to wound any other thing or a person – be it soul shattering mocking, mental projection, getting objects thrown at you, being physically injured, or even Nature attacking men with plagues, diseases etc. as has been seen in history.
Attack, by positive definition, can serve as a means to protect yourself. That, I am not preaching against – I am preaching upon non-attacking, which indicates a mindful approach, rather than the “kill the messenger approach”. If we look at attacking as a neutral term, it does not have to indicate anything but a certain intense impulse, so close to assertiveness. But for I am spiritual, therefore my aim is to reduce attacking in its hostile sense, for we know that we ought not to cut the flowers in our garden – which may very well be everything within and without ourselves, if you shall think in this way. How shall you think, you shall reap. Attack not!
To attack is to send energy unto some place where it shall be received, and it will often come back. God’s creatures were not intended to put up constant fights – fighting over food, resources, men, women, status, positions etc. All these things are wonderful, and even necessary, and will fall into their proper places in the spirit of allowing, remembrance of identity and divine permission. Were it all to be at peace, it would flourish and thrive – Life does uphold Itself.
First, to form the basis of an attack, there needs to be a perceived threat, for when there is no threat, there needs not to be protection – which forms the basis function of attacking – it is a trauma-informed response usually. Then there are people, and entities which tend to attack for no reason, and this goes unto the territory illustrated earlier in this text – the "evil spirit" – always on the guard, survival mode. This is why harmlessness is encouraged in many spiritual traditions. It can enable even an attacker to drop their guard. The frequency we are tuned in spreads like a wildfire, and so, naturally, a harmless state invites more harmlessness. Positivity invites more positivity.
The key in this is perceived threat. Once our subconscious picks up on a threat—be it significant or insignificant—the foremost impulse is to prevent it in order to defend ourselves, and usually, the first impulse that arises in an instinctually attuned psyche is a kind of attacking.
Some, whose consciousness has perverted may do it for fun because they themselves are under an inner attack, whatever that may be due to. They join boxing-clubs, or even night-clubs, to beat the shit out of people!
But what if we changed this model? Poking an ant’s nest or a beehive only aggravates them. It’s the same with everything we attack—it only grows stronger.
And just like a flowing poison river keeping the ground beneath it rotten resulting in the soil being revitalized once the poison has dried up – similar is the case with evil that is not strengthened, it will dry up and make the ground beneath it which keeps the stream together – revitalize again.
Given the mechanic, it is way wiser to stop attacking. Attacking is only justified when one is under a threat – then it can serve as protection.
Therefore, I invite you to reflect on the practice called non-attacking.
If people have ever attacked certain aspects of you, know that they might be doing the same within themselves toward parts of them they can’t approve of, for various reasons. These reasons can include social prejudice, fear of discrimination, or previous conditioning that makes one indulge in favoritism while rejecting diversity—a large portion of this magical experience, which allows soul-sparks to roam about freely.
We’ve been taught not to differ from the mass, but I have to tell you, the mass population on the planet earth, currently, is largely bound in unconscious captivity, like a prisoner is chained to a pole of steel that is rooted in hell. In truth, you can decide for yourself what you ought to do.
Have you ever walked down the street and found people rude toward you? This may certainly be true if you embody something that is ‘out of question’ in this era. They might be picking up cues from your behavior and attacking you in the same way they may attack themselves inwardly, diminishing their own life-nectar, and possibly restricting sacred parts of themselves.
The smartest ones can probably already discern where to start this practice… Obviously, from oneself.
Start from the basics. You may want to stop attacking your own parts — they’re all beautiful and a part of you. Even the ‘loser-like’ aspects of you can be observed through a more loving lens. It’s likely originally the brave kid whose sand castles got destroyed in kindergarten. Or the voice of the kid that got pushed into the nook when you were 4.
Even the ‘angry guy’ can find peace. It was originally the righteous guy. It might be an instinctual reaction to wrong, or mistreatment born out of provocation by people who serve not Godly Goodness.
There are no bad parts.
When you start to appreciate yourself, and That which gave rise to you, you’ll come to see that All is Well.
Trapped seals shall roam about in the oceans freely, and become playful rulers of the oceans.
You are in charge of magic, return your magicians to their sacred roles with the practice of conscious peace and divine surrender to Self who arranges everything. Live in the Original Creation, receive the still happiness, and at times, allow your sadness. Ask questions from your inner world. Then return any distrust to the Father in Creation, in whom you can fully rely now. Life is on your side – should you walk with Her.
